As a counsellor I create a safe space for you to connect with yourself.

We are all influenced by our values, beliefs, relationships, and societal pressures–so, when we are able to reflect on our intentions, we can better understand what is within our control and what is external to our control. 

I want nothing more than to provide you with a nonjudgemental, and affirming space to walk together towards your ideal life.

I believe that that undoing aloneness is one of the most crucial tasks of therapy. If you feel alone in what you are experiencing or just feel that you could benefit from a non-judgemental listening ear, I would be happy to be that person for you.

I am passionate about the ways that relationships impact our understanding of ourselves, others, and the world. I consider it a privilege to join alongside people in their challenges, transitions, fears, loneliness, and pain, and to walk together towards change.

The world is a noisy place with endless competing demands for our time and our attention, and the unfortunate result for many is a heavy sense of being buried beneath it all, with our own needs lying somewhere at the bottom of the rubble. This. Can. Change.

I work with adult women (including the perinatal population) and youth (ages 12-26). My approach is strengths-based and nature-inclusive.

I tailor my approach to each client's individual needs and goals, using collaboration, evidence-based techniques, and a person-centered approach.

I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they explore what matters most to them, discovering or reconnecting with their strengths, values, and sense of self. I hope that together, we can create a space that supports your unique journey and the changes you hope to see, whatever those may look like for you.

Our time together is a collaborative process as we move toward finding your inner strength.

Through empathy, humour, metaphors, and a desire for deeper understanding, I strive to create an environment where you feel connected and inspired to learn (or unlearn) thoughts and behaviors, that impact your life. I follow your lead and support you to get to where you would like to be headed.

My hope is to ease people’s struggles and to empower them to navigate life’s challenges in healthy ways. I work collaboratively with my clients by providing a supportive environment where they can work through their struggles, build on their strengths and develop emotional resilience.
