Supporting children & youth in Chilliwack through anxiety, stress, and life transitions.

I’m passionate about supporting youth (age 9-19) as they navigate some of life’s more challenging moments. Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside children, youth, and families through a wide range of experiences—including anxiety, depression, trauma, school avoidance, and major life transitions. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, genuine, and non-judgmental—where you can show up exactly as you are, feel understood, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
Before moving into private practice, I have spent over 10 years working in schools in a variety of roles, including counsellor, administrator, classroom teacher, and learning support teacher- across elementary, middle, and high school settings.
These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the social, emotional, and developmental challenges that young people and families face. I strive to offer support that is strengths-based, practical, and affirming.
My approach is collaborative, empathetic, and trauma-informed. I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches to meet each client where they are, focusing on what will feel most meaningful and helpful for you. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for someone to listen, I’m here to support you in building skills, gaining insight, and feeling more grounded in your day-to-day life.
Outside of my work, I’m a lifelong learner and a bit of a self-proclaimed “nerd.” I love books (including comic books), classic movies—especially sci-fi and horror— board games and video games. I once dreamed of being a rockstar, and while my guitar doesn’t get as much use these days, my love of music is still very much alive.
I also enjoy spending time in nature, and athletics (particularly football and baseball) —and I’m rarely without a cup of coffee in hand.
