I am known for my open-minded and compassionate nature. I am an LGBTQ2-S+ ally and I have experience working with folks who identify as neurodivergent. As a helping professional, I aim to create an environment in which individuals feel safe, heard, validated, and supported as they identify and meet their needs.

I am well known for my energetic nature and I would call myself an outdoor enthusiast. Many describe me as approachable and relatable. I am compassionate, caring, and find great meaning being present with my clients. I am a helper and it brings me great honour to support clients through some of the very toughest moments in life. My passion is to walk with people in their life journey helping facilitate growth and change.

I have over 10 years of experience working in community mental health and non-profit agencies, providing support to youth, adults and their families.

Starting a private practice is overwhelming! I help students, new grads, and those new to private practice build a successful business.

I will help create a safe space in which you can explore your strengths, identify your needs and opportunities for change, and to help you to make sense of the things that have been troubling you. My practice is Trauma Informed, and will be tailored to you and your goals, and always focused on putting you and your needs first.
