Life can feel overwhelming—especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or the challenges of living with a chronic health condition. You might find yourself stuck in cycles of shame or negative self-talk, feeling disconnected from who you are or who you want to be. If this resonates with you, know that you're not alone—and that healing is possible.

I especially enjoy working with individuals who are learning or relearning how to live a life not shaped by shame, fear, or self-judgment—those who are ready to reconnect with their sense of worth, agency, and possibility. I work with adults and youth, and have experience supporting clients through a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness, neurodiversity (ADD & ADHD), identity and self-esteem challenges, self-harm, and suicide risk.

As a Registered Clinical Counsellor, I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe, seen, and empowered. My role is to walk alongside you as you begin (or continue) the work of healing and self-discovery. I take a trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative approach to therapy—honouring your story, your pace, and your goals every step of the way.

I bring a flexible and integrative style to my work, drawing from a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating present-day stressors, or working to quiet an inner critic, our sessions will be tailored to support your strengths, needs, and hopes for the future.

Counselling can be a powerful and positive experience, and I’d be honoured to support you on your path. Sessions are available both in-person and through a secure virtual platform. If you're curious about the process or wondering if we’d be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out.

When not in the counselling setting, I enjoy gardening and exploring nature with my dog and kids. I am currently learning quilting as a hobby and I hope to one day teach student counsellors how to be helpers.
