Brynn Gillies she/her MA, RSW, RCC
I am known for my open-minded and compassionate nature. I am an LGBTQ2-S+ ally and I have experience working with folks who identify as neurodivergent. As a helping professional, I aim to create an environment in which individuals feel safe, heard, validated, and supported as they identify and meet their needs.

Our time together is a collaborative process as we move toward finding your inner strength.

I am well known for my energetic nature and I would call myself an outdoor enthusiast. Many describe me as approachable and relatable. I am compassionate, caring, and find great meaning being present with my clients. I am a helper and it brings me great honour to support clients through some of the very toughest moments in life. My passion is to walk with people in their life journey helping facilitate growth and change.

I work with adult women (including the perinatal population) and youth (ages 12-26). My approach is strengths-based and nature-inclusive.

I have extensive experience working with individuals facing a wide range of challenges and I continue to be passionate about empowering people to reclaim their lives.

My practice is Trauma Informed, and will be tailored to you and your goals, and always focused on putting you and your needs first.
Erin Perkes she/her M.A., R.C.C.
I am a Certified EMDR Therapist EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) working with clients on single incident, as well as chronic trauma.
