I am passionate about the ways that relationships impact our understanding of ourselves, others, and the world. I consider it a privilege to join alongside people in their challenges, transitions, fears, loneliness, and pain, and to walk together towards change.
I believe that a journey of change, growth, meaning, and healing is possible for us all. I offer a warm, empathy-based, and non-judgmental experience to clients as they pursue their goals for therapy.
I am known for my open-minded and compassionate nature. I am an LGBTQ2-S+ ally and I have experience working with folks who identify as neurodivergent. As a helping professional, I aim to create an environment in which individuals feel safe, heard, validated, and supported as they identify and meet their needs.
I am well known for my energetic nature and I would call myself an outdoor enthusiast. Many describe me as approachable and relatable. I am compassionate, caring, and find great meaning being present with my clients. I am a helper and it brings me great honour to support clients through some of the very toughest moments in life. My passion is to walk with people in their life journey helping facilitate growth and change.
I work with adult women (including the perinatal population) and youth (ages 12-26). My approach is strengths-based and nature-inclusive.
I am committed to walking alongside my clients as they explore what matters most to them, discovering or reconnecting with their strengths, values, and sense of self. I hope that together, we can create a space that supports your unique journey and the changes you hope to see, whatever those may look like for you.
I feel honoured to work with people during challenging moments in their lives. I value the therapeutic relationship and support people in finding their own solutions.
I help clients utilize personal strengths to create a healthy relationship with self, others, and their world.
My work incorporates relational and emotion-focused theory to help you explore your feelings toward yourself and others and better understand how your relationships have impacted you.
It takes courage to reach out for support and I’m committed to creating a warm, welcoming space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard.
My hope is to ease people’s struggles and to empower them to navigate life’s challenges in healthy ways. I work collaboratively with my clients by providing a supportive environment where they can work through their struggles, build on their strengths and develop emotional resilience.

Starting a private practice is overwhelming! I help students, new grads, and those new to private practice build a successful business.
I will help create a safe space in which you can explore your strengths, identify your needs and opportunities for change, and to help you to make sense of the things that have been troubling you. My practice is Trauma Informed, and will be tailored to you and your goals, and always focused on putting you and your needs first.
As a counsellor I create a safe space for you to connect with yourself.
