I work with adult women (including the perinatal population) and youth (ages 12-26). My approach is strengths-based and nature-inclusive.

I am known for my open-minded and compassionate nature. I am an LGBTQ2-S+ ally and I have experience working with folks who identify as neurodivergent. I am well known for my energetic nature and I would call myself an outdoor enthusiast. Many describe me as approachable and relatable. I am compassionate, caring, and find great meaning being present with my clients. I am a helper and it brings me great honour to support clients through some of the very toughest moments in life. My passion is to walk with people in their life journey helping facilitate growth and change.

I help clients utilize personal strengths to create a healthy relationship with self, others, and their world.

I support those struggling with anxiety, depression, anger issues, relationship conflict, chronic illness, grief & loss, divorce & major life transitions, concussion, parenting difficulties, self-harm, anger management, substance use & addiction.

My hope is to ease people’s struggles and to empower them to navigate life’s challenges in healthy ways. I work collaboratively with my clients by providing a supportive environment where they can work through their struggles, build on their strengths and develop emotional resilience.

Larry provides adult individual counselling as well as couples, and marriage therapy to clients in Chilliwack.

I will help create a safe space in which you can explore your strengths, identify your needs and opportunities for change, and to help you to make sense of the things that have been troubling you. My practice is Trauma Informed, and will be tailored to you and your goals, and always focused on putting you and your needs first.

I am a Certified EMDR Therapist EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) working with clients on single incident, as well as chronic trauma.
