Hello, I am so glad you have landed on this page!

Thinking about therapy or searching for a therapist, takes courage. It is my sincere hope that you find the support you are looking for. Here is a bit about me and the way that I work, so that you can determine for yourself if working with me might be a good fit for you.

I am passionate about healing and flourishing for both individuals and relationships. Our internal world and experience, as well as the people we are surrounded by in our lives, make a big impact on our emotional and mental well-being. As a student therapist, my goal is to offer a compassionate space for you, where all parts of you are welcome. Bring your full, true self and I will do the same, as we explore both the places of pain and the hopes you have coming into therapy.

I will work collaboratively with you to determine an approach to therapy that is tailored specifically to you and your goals.

I would consider it an honour to walk with you in this season of your journey.
