Nathan Henczel, Body Worker

I have completed my Massage Therapy Program in British Columbia and am currently offering bodywork while in the process of becoming fully registered as an RMT, with registration anticipated in Spring 2026.

I use a range of evidence-informed techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue methods, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, therapeutic exercise, and other orthopedic and neuro-musculoskeletal techniques.

I’ve spent most of my life in the Fraser Valley and have always valued movement and time outdoors, which continues to shape how I work with the body. My background as a student-athlete in football and track and field gave me an early understanding of how the body responds to training, injury, and recovery.

Today, I stay active through running, surfing, hiking, cycling, and disc golf, which helps me relate to the physical demands many of my patients experience.

In the treatment room, I bring a steady, attentive presence and a calm approach, listening carefully and addressing each patient’s needs. This allows me support people seeking care for everyday tension, ongoing concerns, or complex, long-standing conditions.
