Slow Flow and Restore Evening Class

This class is designed to lead you slowly through a series of postures to promote rest and relaxation.  The class will start with sun salutations and postures deigned to build internal heat slowly and gently.  Then, Yin Yoga postures will be introduced as you begin to slow down and quite the mind and body as you build space for the presence of stillness.  Yin yoga is the practice of holding poses for a longer period of time encouraging the connective tissue to feel more elastic, providing you with an increase of range of motion and a feeling of space within.  The class will end with restorative postures allowing the body and mind to surrender to relaxation leaving you feeling ready for rest.  

Space is limited to a maximum of 10 students and classes are being sold as a package of 5 for this one. Pre-registration is the only way to guarantee your spot each week; First come, first serve. Five sessions will be a total investment of $65. Drop in is available if there is space for $15. STARTS FEB 19TH 2019 @ 7:15pm.
