Join Sarah for an hour of self-care and "Me" time. This Hatha flow will combine gentle yoga poses with breathing exercises and restorative postures to stretch and strengthen the body and reduce stress and calm the mind. Attention will be placed on healthy alignment of the body in each pose. This class is perfect for people who want to try yoga for the first time or for those who are looking for a softer approach to their practice. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications and suggestions to encourage participation of everyone. Meditation and breath work techniques will also be taught in order to promote relaxation. All are welcome to join. No previous experience necessary.
Space is limited to a maximum of 10 students and classes are being sold as a package of 6 for this one. Pre-registration is the only way to guarantee your spot each week; First come, first serve. Six sessions will be a total investment of $80. Drop in is available if there is space for $15.
Class will run on Mondays at 9:15am starting on February 11th 2019.
